MHP Series Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder

Miller MHP Series Metric Hydraulic Cylinders, tie rod construction, are designed to meet the requirements of ISO 6020/2 (2006), 160 Bar Compact Series. 

MHP Series cylinders may be used for working pressures up to 210 Bar. 

They are available in 12 standard mounting styles and bore sizes ranging from 25 mm to 200 mm, in any practical stroke length and seal types to suit a wide variety of operating environments.

Design features such as nodular iron rod bushing, hard chrome plated piston rods, and stepped cushions provide increased machine productivity. 

Lipseal™ piston is standard on 25 mm, 32 mm and 40 mm bore sizes, and provides zero leakage under static conditions for hydraulic pressures up to 210 Bar. 

The Miller B style piston, standard on 50 mm and larger bore sizes, is a single seal design which incorporates two wear strips. 

This design provides smooth operation, long bearing life, and high load carrying capacity. 

The Tuff Rod Seal in combination with the standard polyurethane Double-Service Wiperseal™ comprises a sealing system that delivers dry rod performance. 

Pressure actuated o-ring Body End Seals provide leak free service.

Every MHP Series cylinder is individually tested before leaving our plant to assure proper performance and leak free operation and comes with an eighteen month warranty.
