FES-200 Flow Element Simulator

The Fluid Components FES-200 Flow Element Simulator is a portable resistance substitution instrument specifically designed for use with FCI thermal mass flow meters.

 It is designed to replace bulky, delicate and expensive decade boxes. FES-200 is used to validate calibration and troubleshoot the electronics of FCI thermal flow meters.

All FCI thermal flow meters are provided with a calibration sheet that includes a table of its specific differential resistance (Delta R) values. The FES-200 provides an easy to use and low cost solution to perform periodic DeltaR comparison checks in the field or on the bench to ensure the flow meter's electronics are operating within specification. 

FES-200 is compact, rugged and requires no power. The mating cables provide a fast, fool-proof connection between the FES-200 and FCI flow meter. The overall result is significant savings in technicians’ time and equipment expense.
